Contract

We require a contract because we are writers ourselves, the last thing we want to do is to constantly deal with changing contracts and legal issues.  

When a book is submitted and accepted for publication, Childrens Online Books may sell it at the agreed price till December 31st of the year after the contract.  Thereafter, contracts automatically renew yearly unless one party sends written notification that they wish to end the contract.  After receiving written notification of contract cancellation, Childrens Online Books has one year to pull the book from its site.  To receive a contract email webmaster@childrensonlinebooks.com.
